Q. How much time do we need to wait for the Pi unlock process?

Ans: Usually the unlock process takes 3 days. Recently we are receiving huge number of Pi unlock requests, so it might take a little bit longer. (Updated recently)

Ans: Share the link "www.unlockpi.online" to your friend along with your Username. Your Username is your referral code. Your friend becomes your referral if he or she use your referral code while filling up the unlock request form.

Q. Why don't I receive my referral earning? Or Why don't I receive my full earning?
Ans: All the referral earnings after the first week of a month will be credited to your Pi Wallet in the first week of the next month (your earning must be greater than the network fee).

Q. For Quick Pi Unlock (QPU), can I pay with other crypto currencies?

Ans: No. We accept only USDT (BEP20, ERC20 and TRC20)

Ans: In that case, we can't help you. You must be careful while filling the form.

Q. How to get the 24-word passphrase?
Ans: Open Pi Browser, click on 'Wallet', click on 'Unlock With Fingerprint'. After authenticate to unlock, click on the gear icon (Wallet setting) at the top right corner. You will need to authenticate to unlock again. Then click on 'Show' to show your passphrase.
